**Mexican Flame Knee** โ Named for the vivid orange-flame knee markings that distinguish it from the similar *B. hamorii*. Also features orange on the carapace and abdomen. CITES Appendix II listed and rare in the wild. Hardy and beginner friendly. Keep dry with a small moist corner and always offer a water dish. Very slow grower. Docile but will flick urticating hairs if persistently stressed.
